As a complement to our platform, we established the Saray Special Opportunities program, a series of side pocket special purpose vehicles offered to Investment Partners on an opportunistic basis.

We will launch these special opportunities to scale our capital base when we seek to acquire whole or part of certain assets to gain control or influence over our economic prospects, or to invest in a certain theme where we see large opportunities to make outsized returns.

The special purpose vehicles have a closed ended structure that are offered to Investment Partners on a deal-by-deal basis, as we identify compelling investment opportunities that typically require a short window to transact.
